WHY?
The power of prayer.
Prayer is our direct line with heaven that allows us to talk to God. It gives us access to the Lord of heaven and earth through prayer no matter where we are…no matter what we may be feeling…and no matter what our circumstances may be at any given time.
“Base your happiness on your hope in Christ. When trials come, endure them patiently; steadfastly maintain the habit of prayer.” Romans 12:12
HOW?
Just talk to God. There is no script. No “right” way to pray. Share your heart!
Here are a few areas that can help you get started:
LOVE I express my love for God.
PURPOSE I am committed to God’s purpose for my life.
NEEDS I ask God to provide for my needs.
FORGIVENESS I ask God to forgive my sins.
OTHERS I pray for other people.
SAFETY I ask for spiritual protection from God.
EXPECTANCY I am expecting God to answer my prayers.
FAITH I ask God because I trust him to answer my prayers.
